UNSW Capital W invites you to apply for a position in our 2025 subcommittee! Our subcommittee positions are open to all female and female-identifying students who are passionate about empowering women, learning life-long business skills, and being part of an incredibly supportive and tight-knit community!

This subcommittee is divided into specific portfolios that undergo different activities on an ongoing basis that contribute to spreading awareness of Capital W's missions and objectives. The subcommittee portfolios that we are currently recruiting for are;

- Publications
- Careers
- HR
- Media
- Sponsorship
- Digitals

There is an opportunity to rotate between portfolios to develop skills in different areas.

Selection Criteria:
- A genuine interest in the objectives and mission of Capital W
- Initiative and a keen willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- A sense of professionalism and attention to detail
